Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times
Standard shipping within the United States typically arrives within 5–10 business days after processing. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days depending on destination. Delivery times vary by location and are not guaranteed by the carrier.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on all US orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking
A tracking number is sent to the email provided at checkout once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the initial notification.

Lost or delayed shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipment (25 business days for international orders), contact us at hello@voidreset.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Wrong address
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order — we're unable to redirect packages once shipped.
