Refund Policy

30-day return window
If you're not satisfied with your VOID mask, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return
Email hello@voidreset.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional billing cycle to appear on your statement.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we're unable to process refunds for returns lost in transit.

Defective or damaged items
If your mask arrives defective or damaged, email hello@voidreset.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Non-returnable items
Items returned after 30 days, items that show signs of use, and items not in original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order ships. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
